Getting a region marketing-approved from zero
National Canadian dental network · multi-clinic region
The situation
One region of a national dental network had never had any clinic marketing at all — every clinic there needed approval from the regulatory college before running any kind of advertising, and none had ever gotten it. New patients came from referrals alone.
What I did
Mapped out the regulatory approval process, identified who needed to be in the room, and ran the meetings and legal review myself. It took about a year and a half to get the college's approval. Once it came through, I built and launched the region's first clinic marketing strategy.
The result

Monthly online leads, from a region that had never run any marketing before.
