Nura Health is committed to privacy-aware operations. This notice explains, in plain terms, what information we collect through this website and how it is used. It is designed with BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) in mind.

What we collect. When you use our contact form, chat assistant, or booking flow, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email, phone number, clinic details, and the content of your messages. Paid bookings are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

What we do not collect. Our contact form and chat assistant are not designed to receive patient names, personal health information, or confidential clinical data, and we ask visitors not to share it. Please do not include patient-identifiable information in any message to us.

How we use it. Information you provide is used to respond to inquiries, deliver booked consultations, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.
