FAQ

Questions clinic owners ask before booking

Honest, specific answers — the same ones I'd give on a call. If yours isn't here, ask directly through the contact form.

What does this cost beyond the intro call?

The Clinic Workflow Review ($40 or $60) is the only fixed price on the site, on purpose — every clinic's situation is different. If it makes sense to keep working together afterward, I scope the specific solution against your clinic's size and priorities and send you a fixed-price proposal before anything else begins. No open-ended retainer, no surprise invoices. See the full breakdown on the Pricing page.

How long does a full engagement take?

It depends on scope, but most engagements follow the same 30/60/90-day rhythm: the first 30 days map the workflow and choose one pilot, days 31–60 build the SOPs and templates, and days 61–90 run the pilot and review results. Some clinics stop after one solution; others continue into a second phase once the first is running well.

What if my team resists using AI or a new system?

This comes up in almost every engagement, and it's usually a sign the tool wasn't introduced well — not that the team is difficult. Every workflow I build includes a staff training guide and a human-review step, so your team is never handed a tool with no explanation and told to adopt it. If a system isn't realistic for your team's day-to-day, I'd rather say so than force it through.

Will this replace our existing software or EMR?

No. I don't sell or install new practice-management software. The work is about how your team uses what you already have — clearer workflows, templates, and follow-up systems layered on top of your existing tools, not a system migration.

What happens to our data?

All process design is done with BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) in mind. Workflows are built to keep patient-identifying information out of public or unapproved AI tools, and any templates or scripts we create are reviewed by your team before use. I don't need access to your patient records to do this work — the focus is your operational workflow, not your clinical data.

What if it doesn't work for our clinic?

The Clinic Workflow Review exists specifically so we find that out before either of us commits to more. If a proposed solution isn't a good fit for your team or budget, that becomes clear during scoping, before any fixed-price proposal is signed — not partway through an expensive engagement.

Is this really just you, or is there a team?

It's me. Nura Health works with a small, hands-on group of clinics by design, so you're working directly with the person doing the work, not handed off to a junior account manager. That's a deliberate trade-off — it means a smaller roster, but it also means continuity from the first call through implementation.

Do you work with clinics outside BC?

The consulting work itself — workflow mapping, SOPs, communication systems — applies anywhere. The privacy and regulatory framing is built around BC (PIPA, CPSBC, BCCOHP), so clinics in other provinces or countries should expect that context to be adapted, not assumed, during scoping.

Can I cancel or reschedule a paid Clinic Workflow Review?

Yes — reach out as soon as you know, and we'll find another time. Since sessions are booked against live calendar availability, please give as much notice as you can.

Still deciding?

A 30 or 45-minute Clinic Workflow Review answers the rest — specific to your clinic, not a general FAQ.
